Dr. Abbie grew up in Phoenix, Arizona and earned a B.S. at the University of Arizona. She attended dental school at the University of Washington, graduating in 1985. After a one year residency program at the VA Hospital in Portland, OR she returned to Seattle and practiced at Community Health Centers for 24 years. She earned a Master's in Public Health from the University of Washington and has been one of our dental consultants for the past 7 years. 

As a mom of three, Dr. Abbie is passionate about children’s oral health, providing care for the underserved and helping people understand the link between oral and overall health.
